Use Instructions for Manufacturers:
Blend your chosen fragrance oil or essential oil into the base at up to 25% concentration. Mix thoroughly until the solution is uniform and clear. Allow the finished product to age (mature) for several days if needed to improve clarity and scent development. Fill into fine mist spray bottles.

Example Batch:
12 oz Perfume Base + 4 oz fragrance oil = 16 oz finished perfume spray (25% load)
