Bulk Unscented Mop Soap Base

This Mop Soap Concentrate is a neutral-pH, low-foam cleaner formulated for use on sealed hard flooring. It effectively removes soil, grime, and odors without leaving behind residue or buildup. Ideal for commercial, industrial, or residential applications, the formula is compatible with mops, buckets, and autoscrubbers. It includes Benzalkonium Chloride for odor control and antimicrobial support, making it an excellent choice for routine maintenance in high-traffic environments.

Use Instructions for Manufacturers:
Add up to 3.0% detergent-compatible fragrance oil. Blend thoroughly until uniform. The final product may appear clear or slightly hazy. Confirm final pH is between 6.5 and 7.0. Let the solution rest overnight to allow foam to settle before sealing and labeling containers.

Example Batch:
15.52 oz base + 0.48 oz fragrance oil = 16 oz finished product (3.0% fragrance load)

End User Directions:
Dilute 4 oz of Mop Soap Concentrate per 1 gallon of water. Apply with a mop, sponge, or autoscrubber. No rinsing required. Allow floor to air dry.
