Bulk Unscented All Purpose Cleaner Base

This Concentrated All Purpose Cleaner Base is a high-performance, alcohol-enhanced cleaning solution designed for dilution and private-label production. Formulated with plant-based surfactants, quick-drying alcohol, and Benzalkonium Chloride, it delivers powerful grease-cutting action while drying fast and leaving surfaces clean and streak-free.

Designed for 1:16 dilution with water, this concentrate produces a ready-to-use (RTU) all-purpose cleaner suitable for a wide range of sealed surfaces.

Use Instructions for Manufacturers:
Add up to 3.0% fragrance oil to the concentrate before dilution. Mix 1 part concentrate with 16 parts water (preferably distilled). Stir gently until uniform. Fill into properly labeled bottles for retail or commercial sale.

Example Batch:
1 gallon concentrate + 3.0 oz fragrance oil + 16 gallons water = 17 gallons finished RTU cleaner

End User Directions:
Spray directly onto the surface and wipe clean with a cloth or paper towel. No rinsing required for non-food-contact areas.
